Account Manager

Hybrid/Toronto | Full-Time

Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000 + Bonus (Dependent on experience)

Celebrated for engaging social media content, impactful newsletters, and our signature sold-out events, we are in search of an Account Manager who can intertwine these elements to elevate our client campaigns and ensure their success.

The Role:
In this multifaceted position, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships and orchestrating campaigns that span across social media, email newsletters, and in-real-life (IRL) events. Your role involves strategic planning and execution, ensuring that each campaign seamlessly integrates with our core offerings to achieve client objectives. This entails working closely with clients from the initial planning stages, through to the execution of social media strategies, content for our newsletters, and the organization of memorable events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Management: Lead and manage campaigns that utilize Monday Girl's full suite of offerings—social media, newsletters, and IRL events. Ensure a cohesive strategy that leverages each medium for maximum impact.

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear communication from the campaign kick-off through to completion, ensuring their goals are met with high satisfaction.

  • Content and Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content for social media and newsletters that aligns with campaign goals and enhances brand visibility.

  • Event Execution: Plan and oversee the execution of events, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring each event aligns with campaign objectives and provides a memorable experience for attendees.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data from social media, newsletter engagement, and event feedback to compile comprehensive reports, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management, with a proven track record in managing integrated campaigns that include social media, email marketing, and event planning.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and event management.

  • Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms and email marketing tools, with the ability to analyze performance metrics to guide strategy.

  • Event Planning Expertise: Demonstrated success in planning and executing both small and large-scale events.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
